As a Supply Chain Subcontract Administrator - Level 4, you'll be crucial to missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is located in Redondo Beach, CA.

Job Description :

• Participating in strategic sourcing decisions and developing teaming agreements
• Preparing requests for proposal consistent with customer solicitations and corporate policies and procedures
• Analyzing and evaluating proposal responses, ensuring that risks and mitigation strategies are identified
• Developing negotiation plans
• Finalizing subcontract terms and conditions
• Prepare justifications and negotiation memorandums and documenting files in preparation for internal and external audits by applying Northrop Grumman values, policies, procedures, and practices
• Responsibilities also include metrics, reporting, forecasting, and administering subcontracts from requirements development through closeout. Ability to collaborate with program managers and other multi-functional teams is a must to ensure delivery of compliant products and services within the technical parameters, cost, and schedules required.
• Successful candidate will be required to make decisions in a timely manner, multi-task, have strong interpersonal skills, thorough knowledge of FAR / DFARs, as well as the temperament to work in a fast-paced environment.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9 / 80. The 9 / 80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Primary Level Salary Range : $113,500.00 - $170,300.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
