As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents within a residential community. You will monitor and patrol designated areas, maintain a visible presence, and provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to residents, guests, and / or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions to appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures. Document incidents, observations, and / or interactions as required by Allied Universal and site protocols. Support access control procedures for the location, monitoring entry and exit points as needed. Assist residents, guests, and / or visitors with inquiries and provide guidance as appropriate. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
