Real Estate Supervising Broker

Are you ready to elevate your real estate career and lead a dynamic team of professionals? Engel & Völkers Western Frontier is expanding, and we’re seeking an experienced Supervising Broker to support and mentor Advisors in our growing Helena shop.

We’re looking for a confident leader with :

• A minimum of 5 years of real estate experience
• A successful sales / production track record
• A positive, collaborative mindset
• In-depth knowledge of Montana real estate law, regulations, and industry best practices
• Strong familiarity with real estate technology platforms and systems

In this role, you will :

We offer a flexible schedule, though some in-office hours are required to support your team and presence in the shop.
