Job Description

We are seeking an attorney admitted to the Florida bar who wants less stress and fewer hours (9-5) for 3-5 days a week. Estate planning experience is nice but training is provided (Trusts, Probate, Deeds, POA, LW, HCS). No court or litigation. Must be able to sit and review documents with paralegals and clients.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze documents with paralegals and clients.
• Support estate planning activities with in-house resources and training.
• Maintain client service standards in a fully staffed office.

Qualifications

In-house handling of business, bookkeeping, marketing. Large existing client base and new clients weekly. Salary plus benefits. Fully staffed office.
