- Die Cleaner - 1st Shift
- M-F
- Weekly pay to start
- Pay : $24-$27 / hr
- Benefits : kicks in after 90 days
Responsible for following all company safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe, organized and clean work area. Also responsible for reporting unsafe conditions to the immediate supervisor.
Perform preventive maintenance work on dies and calibration according to established schedules.
Cleans and adjusts dies and calibrations returned from extrusion production
Determines changes in dies and calibrations by inspecting and measuring various instruments.
Inspects dies and calibrations for abnormalities and report to Engineering Manager.
Locates sources of problems by observing surfaces of dies and calibrations.
Dismantles assemblies as required for cleaning and maintenance.
Responsible for overall organization and operation of die cleaning shop tool crib.
