A company is looking for a CTO / Engineering Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Lead engineering initiatives, making technical decisions and overseeing product delivery
Build and launch core protocols or crypto-native products
Collaborate with the founding team on product roadmap and technical strategy
Required Qualifications
Proven engineering leadership experience in the crypto industry
Experience executing independently in early-stage environments
Strong technical judgment and a proactive approach
History of hiring and leading high-performing engineering teams
Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem and related technologies
