What You'll Do :
- Be the trusted advisor. Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients in your region, from onboarding through ongoing optimization.
- Turn numbers into narratives. Analyze customer data, performance, and platform usage to uncover opportunities, present findings, and develop impactful solutions.
- Drive results. Work hands-on in property systems to implement strategic changes that enhance revenue and performance.
- Influence with insight. Collaborate with management companies to align strategies from the top downbringing clarity and action to every touchpoint.
- Own the journey. Manage day-to-day client needs while staying focused on long-term success and engagement.

Required : Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Hospitality Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field 14 years of professional experience in hotel operations (front office, revenue, or rooms) Proficiency with Microsoft Officeespecially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, aggregation / analysis) Familiarity with hotel systems such as PMS, RMS, and CRS Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred : Experience with Opera or other major Hotel PMS Exposure to CRM tools Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spiritWhy You'll Love It Here :

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from $21.15 to $42.88 per hour; from : $44,000 to $89,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
