MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Management Analyst

As a Management Analyst, GS-0343-10, this position is located in an ANG Flying Wing in the Maintenance Analysis section of the Maintenance Operations Flight. The primary purpose of this position is to provide information and analyses to all levels of management using the assessments to answer the why, how, when and where questions.

Duties include :

• Retrieving and analyzing maintenance data, presenting results to management.
• Managing and maintaining the Maintenance Information System(s) (MIS).
• Conducting special studies to assess Health of the Unit Readiness (HUR).
• Analyzing performance data to determine manpower, equipment, and facilities maintenance capabilities.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
