Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician Southern Oregon

Position Highlights :

Outpatient practice
4 days or 5 days work week
No inpatient work required.
EMR - Epic

Opportunity Highlights

Year 1 : Base salary $300,000

Year 2 and beyond : Value-based incentive plan up to 10% of earnings (quality, productivity, patient experience)

$60,000 signing bonus

$15,000 relocation assistance

$5,000 CME allowance annually

240 hours authorized time off
