Location : Columbus, Ohio
Top preforming and established independent insurance agency is seeking an experienced Commercial & Personal Lines Account Manager to deliver exceptional service while managing both new and renewal process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage Commercial & Personal Lines accounts, some (HNW), ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle quoting new business and renewals, including policy change request, binders, certs, and quoting.
- Handle the day-to-day workflow of insurance processing while supporting client needs.
- Use agency management system to keep accurate records.
