We are a residential treatment program dedicated to helping adolescents struggling with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction, located in Naperville, IL.

At Clementine, our mission is to support adolescents and their families on the journey to recovery. We aim to empower young individuals to face life’s challenges without the burden of eating disorders, offering empathy, education, and family support as essential components of our treatment process. Our goal is to help each adolescent build healthy skills and a profound understanding of their unique individuality.

We are excited to invite a dedicated Lead Clinical Therapist to our multi-disciplinary treatment team. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of adolescents and their families, we want to hear from you!

Availability needed for either Tuesday-Saturday with one evening shift a week.

Salary : $56,000-$70,000

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy
  • Serve as a liaison with families and outpatient providers
  • Engage with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management
  • Participate in discharge and aftercare planning
  • Provide therapeutic meal support, modeling a healthy relationship with food
  • Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client, respecting their unique circumstances and intersecting identities
  • Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in clinical counseling or a related discipline
  • State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
  • Experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is a plus
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
