Schedule & Coverage :

Shifts

24-hour physician coverage with 12-hour shifts, plus 10 hours of Advanced Practice Provider (APP) coverage daily

Holiday Coverage

Required for major holidays, including New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas

Specialty Support

Includes 24 / 7 lab, radiology, and surgery support services (cardio-thoracic, general, orthopedic, vascular)

Admissions

No inpatient admission duties required

Requirements :

Licensing

Must be licensed in Oklahoma

Certifications

ACLS, ATLS, and PALS required for primary care-trained physicians; EM-trained physicians exempt from certification

Board Certification

Board eligibility or certification in Emergency Medicine required

Credentialing Timeframe

Estimated 30-60 days for a clean application

Privileges

Hospital / surgery center privileges are required; temporary privileges available
