The Director of Nursing is responsible for providing leadership and management to the skilled nursing operations. Responsible for planning, organizing and leading overall operations of nursing services in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and Sunrise Senior Living policies to promote the highest degree of quality care and services to our guests / residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

This position is based in our Skilled Nursing building within our community.

Ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Clinical Supervisor with a strong understanding of state regulations, compliance standards, and both state and federal survey processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to spearhead a full clinical reset and make a meaningful, visible impact by senior regional leadership.
