This is a pioneer role — designed for a visionary builder who believes that culture can redefine capital. As Chief Strategy & Investment Officer, you will shape the financial and strategic future of The ONE Show, leading the capital campaign, building investor relationships, and structuring the global growth model. Working side by side with the Producer / CEO, you will help translate creative ambition into a sustainable, high-impact enterprise that fuses art, innovation, and global collaboration. This is not just an executive position. It is a chance to expand the entertainment landscape — to help establish a new model where artistic integrity, strategic capital, and shared humanity coexist at scale. What You will Build : ? Capital Vision : Lead the fundraising initiative, using the current R.O.I. for the execution of the show's $30M–$35M investment strategy, including private equity, strategic partnerships, and aligned sponsorships. ? Investor Ecosystem : Expand and cultivate relationships with forward-thinking investors who value both financial and cultural returns. ? Strategic Framework : Build systems for transparency, growth, and long-term scalability within the production model. ? Creative Synergy : Work closely with the creative and executive teams to align capital milestones with artistic vision and production timelines. ? Global Impact : Position The ONE Show as a cultural and financial benchmark — a new kind of global experience that merges innovation with meaning. Who You Are ? A strategic thinker with 8+ years in investment strategy, entertainment finance, or large-scale fundraising. ? Experienced in structuring or raising multi-million-dollar capital investments. ? Entrepreneurial, innovative, and comfortable leading from inception. ? Deeply aligned with creative industries and motivated by cultural impact. ? A builder — someone who thrives in the space between vision and execution. Compensation will commence upon initial investment, transitioning into a competitive salary with potential for equity or profit participation. This is a founding executive role during the pre-funding phase.
