Gordon Construction is a trusted partner of Monumental Markets, a leading provider of micro markets, fresh food, and breakroom solutions across the DMV region. Through this partnership, Gordon Construction builds custom cabinetry and millwork that bring Monumental Markets' micro markets to life.

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Worker to join our team as a permanent, full-time employee of Gordon Construction. The Cabinet Worker will be responsible for fabricating and assembling millwork and cabinetry for Monumental Markets' micro markets. This hands-on role requires craftsmanship, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities :

• Build and assemble cabinetry and millwork for Monumental Markets micro markets projects
• Read and interpret design plans or technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials using hand and power tools
• Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in all work
• Collaborate with Monumental Markets managers and installation team to ensure timely completion of jobs
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the workshop
