Parts Administrator

Description : The Parts Administrator is responsible for managing service parts, including receiving, issuing, shipping, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role ensures that parts are efficiently organized and readily available to support repair and service operations. Additionally, the Parts Administrator provides general assistance to the department to support smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Receives / Ships Service Department parts
• Maintains stock part inventory
• Helps to manage RMA / DOA part exchanges
• Deploys parts to designated areas / people
• Disposes of products vendors have deemed non-returnable
• Maintains parts ticket queue
• Manages stock and deployments
