Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - HighGrowth SaaS

Location: Seattle/Bellevue preferred, Remote OK

Stage: Series A Series B | $28M ARR, scaling to $100M

Industry: SaaS (global logistics enablement)

Compensation: $275-300k Seattle/Bellevue, plus equity, competitive with local area if remote.

Our client is a profitable, fastgrowing SaaS company currently at $25+M ARR and scaling toward $100M. With a recent Series A and preparation underway for Series B, we're searching for a handson, lowego CFO who can build financial maturity, strengthen FP&A, and guide the company through its next phase of intentional, sustainable growth.

What You'll Lead

• Build and mature financial systems, reporting, and forecasting as the company scales.
• Drive FP&A discipline and implement scalable processes for a complex, global SaaS business.
• Support the CEO in the Series B process, investor materials, and board engagement.
• Partner deeply with Product, Sales, and Operations on pricing, GTM strategy, hiring plans, and resource allocation.
• Oversee banking relationships, audits, and financial controls.
• Lead and grow a lean finance team
• Operate as a highly integrated leader across the company - present in key meetings and influencing decisions beyond finance.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership; experience as a CFO or VP Finance in SaaS.
• Proven experience taking a company from Series A Series B (or later).
• Deep command of SaaS metrics, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Handson operator comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a complex environment.
• Strong crossfunctional communicator with a datadriven, lowego leadership style.
• Experience with automation, financial systems, and scaling FP&A.
• Logistics exposure is helpful, but SaaS expertise is essential.
