J&J Truck Equipment is seeking an Operations Administrative Assistant who will support daily operations at the truck equipment facility by assisting with customer communication, processing invoices, maintaining records, and coordinating administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth workflow between customers, operations, and accounting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :
- Provide administrative support to the operations and management teams.
- Prepare, process, and track customer invoices, purchase orders, and work orders.
- Issue materials and parts for jobs, ensuring proper documentation and inventory tracking.
- Support billing and accounting processes as needed.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and document management.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure operational documentation is up to date.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of office and operational processes.
- Observes and complies with all provisions of the ISO 9001 QMS
- Observes and complies with all safety rules, including the use of appropriate PPE when necessary.
Education and / or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or accounting-related role.Strong organizational & problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Benefits :
