Responsibilities for Busser at Zuna Nightclub and Restaurant

Customer Interactions : Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and information as needed to enhance their experience.
Table and Bar Maintenance : Clean and reset tables and bar areas promptly, ensuring a clean and inviting environment for guests.
Service Assistance : Support cocktail servers by placing necessary mixers, supplies, ice, and beverages on tables, and assisting with service needs as they arise.
General Maintenance : Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, ensuring all areas are well-kept and presentable.
Team Support : Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
Bilingual Communication : Use bilingual skills in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with guests and staff, ensuring clear and accurate interactions.

Requirements :

Experience : Previous experience in a busser or similar support role in a high-volume restaurant or nightclub is preferred.

Skills : Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

Language Skills : Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with our diverse clientele and team.

Customer Service Orientation : A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing excellent service and ensuring a pleasant guest experience.
