Join Our Team as a Child Support Case Initiation Specialist

  • Location : Onsite in Jefferson City, MO'
  • Pay Rate : $16.00 / hr.
  • Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Enter appropriate data into computer programs
  • Produce and maintain data reports and alert management of inconsistencies or issues
  • Perform database queries to assist with analysis and report issues when necessary
  • Verify data entries for accuracy and completeness
  • Undertake special projects and provide consistent updates to management
  • Perform audits of your own work and that of others to ensure compliance with established procedures

    • What We're Looking For :

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Ability to problem-solve and analyze complex cases
  • Strong communication skills, especially when handling sensitive matters
  • Knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards
  • Experience with data entry, reporting, and database management
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
