Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet all incoming guests and manage waitlists or reservations.
• Maintain accurate seating rotation and timing to ensure smooth service flow.
• Communicate with floor and management about special requests or guest needs.
• Escort guests to tables and ensure proper table setup.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries with professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of entry and host stand areas.
