The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview :

Schedules operative procedures via walk-in, telephone and fax requests, using knowledge of procedures, area of body involved, equipment conflicts, staffing, surgeon preferences, scheduling habits and suite utilization. Works independently at the information desk, contacting patient care areas, directing OSA's, utilizing pager system, takes messages and communicates to appropriate person.

Qualifications :

Required :

High School diploma.

Six month's prior experience in secretarial position required

Preferred :

• Medical background preferred

Certifications and Licenses Required :

N / A

Scheduling Requirements :

• Full Time Day - 7 : 30am - 4 : 00pm
