We are seeking a Project manager to join our client's team. The real estate project manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of real estate development projects, from initial planning through completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Key duties include developing project plans, managing budgets, coordinating with architects and contractors, handling permitting and regulatory approvals, and conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and quality. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for managing project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Project planning : Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Budget management : Create and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and provide financial reports to stakeholders.
- Team coordination : Lead and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals, leading project startup and subcontractor meetings.
- Permitting and approvals : Oversee the entire permitting and regulatory approval process to ensure compliance.
- Quality control : Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, manage quality control, and ensure all work meets standards.
- Communication : Serve as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and the project team, providing regular updates and feedback.
- Risk management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
