Responsibilities OT :

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy per physician orders.
• Develop treatment plans to improve daily living skills.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility.
• Document visits in Synergy EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.

Qualifications OT : Florida OT license. 1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred). Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Reliable transportation. Qualifications COTA : Florida COTA license.
