Cath Lab Technologist, Cath Lab Experience : 1 year Licenses : CLT-TX(Copy needed) Certifications : CERT-ARRT- CI(Copy Needed)

BLS-AHA(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
