Required Qualifications

5+ years in organizational design, strategy, consulting, or related fields

3+ years of experience managing multiple stakeholder groups and navigating complex decision landscapes

Proven experience analyzing and visualizing data and translating insights into action

Proficiency with Excel or PowerPoint
