A Series A AI infrastructure startup is hiring its first recruiter to scale a world-class engineering team. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role focused on sourcing, evaluating, and closing elite technical talent—including Olympiad medalists, top ICPC performers, and exceptional builders from leading startups. You’ll work directly with the founding team to shape hiring strategy, culture, and execution across engineering and future roles.
Tasks
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles—from sourcing to closing
- Evaluate highly technical candidates with credibility and precision
- Build and manage candidate pipelines with a focus on quality and speed
- Collaborate with founders on hiring strategy and team composition
- Expand recruiting scope to include non-technical roles as the company grows
- Represent the company with clarity, energy, and vision in candidate conversations
