We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Polished Concrete Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in surface preparation, grinding, polishing, and sealing concrete floors to achieve high-quality finishes. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, repairing, and leveling as needed.
• Operate grinders, polishers, and other specialized equipment to achieve desired finish levels.
• Apply densifiers, sealers, and stains according to project specifications.
• Follow company procedures for surface preparation, grinding stages, and polishing sequences.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project deadlines.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and challenges.
• Work in various environments, including commercial, industrial, and residential sites.
