Job description

Orthopedic Surgery - Sports Medicine

1 hour from Chicago

Position Highlights :

  • 4-day work week
  • Contracts in place with 6 local high schools and their athletic trainers
  • Long tenured orthopedic sports surgeon in community is retiring
  • 2 dedicated days per week in OR and 2 in clinic
  • Joining an established surgeon, recruiting to meet the needs of the community
  • Favorable Call Schedule - 1 : 6 call

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Negotiable Base Salary starting at $700,000 + RVU Production Bonus
  • Sign-on and relocation assistance
  • Full comprehensive benefits : dental, vision, health, life, retirement with matching, CME, PTO, malpractice insurance w / tail, etc.
  • Student loan repayment assistance and fellowship stipend offered

    • Qualifications :

  • Degree : M.D. or D.O.
  • Certifications : Board certification preferred, board-eligible acceptable
  • Licensure : State licensure or ability to obtain state licensure
  • Skillset : General orthopedic surgery
  • Experience : Open to 2026 fellows and experienced surgeons
