The American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) is seeking to hire an Assistant Director of Test Development and Psychometrics.
As Assistant Director, Test Development and Psychometrics at the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), you are an experienced and visionary leader in the field of test development and psychometrics who oversees high-stakes certification assessments with substantial revenue influence.
As Assistant Director you will lead our assessment strategy and execution, including, but not limited to, overseeing project timelines and associated budget ($6 Million) and $45 Million in program revenue; development, validation, and maintenance of high-quality assessments; test security monitoring and risk mitigation; and adherence to accreditation standards.
In addition, you will manage vendor relationships, mentor and train managers, collaborate cross-functionally, and serve as a thought leader in the field-presenting to boards, engaging with stakeholders, and representing the organization at national and international conferences.
This role requires deep expertise in psychometrics, a strong track record of leadership, and the ability to represent the organization externally with authority and credibility.
