- Infrastructure Responsibilities :
- As a member of Meta's Infrastructure team, work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop creative strategies to find the best talent globally.
- Engage with senior level hiring partners at Director and VP level at Meta to deeply understand technical requirements.
- Team with Coordinators, Recruiters, HRBPs, and Recruiting Leadership to manage an efficient model of operation.
- Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines for senior level technical talent and senior level organizational leaders.
- Find, engage, and activate passive candidates.
- Screen resumes and interview candidates.
- Regularly track pipeline activity.
- Recommend and drive improvements.
- Telecommuting is permitted.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Financial Management, or related field.2 years of work experience.Researching and sourcing candidates.Candidate engagement.Technical and industry experience.Implementing targeted external sourcing initiatives.Forming strong partnerships.Influencing hiring decisions.Planning and defining recruitment models.Owning the full recruitment cycle.Communicating with business partners.Public Compensation : $226,024 / year to $237,600 / year + bonus + equity + benefits
