Supply Chain Manager
Raytheon is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager for the Standard Missile 3 team to join as the Lead Capacity MPM (Material Program Manager) supporting a team of four (4) MPMs located onsite in Tucson, Arizona. We are looking for a self-starter who can develop and achieve program objectives in a matrixed environment and is able to successfully interface with functional and program senior leadership. In this highly visible role, you will be the liaison between Supply Chain and the Program Team for Supply Chain. You'll create and manage the execution of Material Program Strategies and Plans to ensure the program's supply base is positioned to meet future demand.
This role requires advanced / applied knowledge of leading teams, proposal activities, customer negotiation support, material requirements planning (MRP) process, subcontract management and project management.
The successful candidate will influence and communicate effectively across multiple areas outside of one's own job function as well as with parties external to the organization.
What You Will Do :
- Work closely with Program Management, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Engineering, Quality, Production Control and Procurement to develop and execute Material Strategies which support Customer requirements and meet Program objectives
- Lead by influence in a matrixed organization
- Brief program and customer leadership teams on Supply Chain status, material constraints and risk mitigation or opportunity capture plans
- Customer Proposal support including generating Supplier Request for Proposals / Quotes (RFP's / RFQ's) as well as labor basis of estimates (BOEs)
- Support supplier negotiations and PO placement as required to meet program cost and schedule objectives
- Financial management (i.e., EV, budgets, targets, working capital, proposals, material sales forecasts, etc.)
- Issue / Conflict resolution within organizations, between organizations and with suppliers
- Management of timely and compliant quarterly Estimates At Completion (EACs) to include Risk & Opportunity management

Typically requires : A University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience in Program Management, Material Program Management, Procurement, Contracts, Finance, Operations, and / or Strategic Sourcing, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years experience in Program Management, Material Program Management, Procurement, Contracts, Finance, Operations, and / or Strategic SourcingExperienced leader who has worked in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment with direct reportsExperience with Supply Chain, Production Control, and / or Procurement processes and requirements.Experience using supply chain planning tools (i.e. SAP, Kinaxis, etc.)Qualifications We Prefer :
