Recreation Assistant

Sixteen Acres Healthcare & Rebilitation Center a skilled nursing facility in Springfield, MA, is currently seeking a Recreation Assistant to join our team!

The Assistant will plan and implement Activities programs under the supervision of their director to improve the functioning of residents who have a wide variety of physical, cognitive, social, emotional, developmental, or age-related needs.

Fulltime 11am -7pm and able to work weekends

• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever level of ability at which they are currently functioning.
