Base pay range

$110,000.00 / yr - $145,000.00 / yr

Our client is an asset management firm. They seek a Data Analyst to join their Newport Beach, CA office.

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile all daily trades, ensuring accuracy across systems and counterparties
• Maintain security master data and resolve discrepancies with brokers to support smooth trade processing
• Support the onboarding of new funds, accounts, and client relationships through coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Act as the primary liaison with the investment management team for all operations-related inquiries
• Oversee daily cash positions and manage fund-level cash ladders to ensure liquidity needs are met
• Coordinate client-directed cash contributions and withdrawals while maintaining proper cash flow planning
• Manage fund and trade lifecycle cash movements, including leverage facility drawdowns and repayments
• Assist in projecting and optimizing cash and liquidity across all Shorecliff funds
• Streamline operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce risk across fund operations
