Responsibilities Work in a hospital-based echo lab as part of the radiology / cardiology team Primary caseload is adult echo studies Day shift schedule, 4x10 hour shifts, 8 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM, Saturday through Wednesday No on-call required Position may float to other units as needed per facility requirements Performs diagnostic sonographic examinations using ultrasound equipment in multiple modes and techniques Responsible for initial patient assessments, summarizing diagnostic data, and communicating findings with diagnostic images to the interpreting physician First-time travelers will be considered for this unit Return staff must be separated from the health system for at least one year before returning as a traveler RTO (requested time off) must be presented for review and approval prior to signing the contract Local candidates within 60 miles are not accepted Requirements Minimum of 3 years adult echocardiography experience required Venous duplex experience preferred but not required License required if applicable Must have applied or provide proof of application for a Washington state license at time of consideration Fully vaccinated for COVID-19; booster not required At least 1 year PID experience preferred Two professional references from the last two years, with at least one from a supervisor, required for consideration Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-639234.
