We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Working Student to join our team and support day-to-day HR operations. In this role, you'll play an integral part in shaping the employee experience and supporting the growth of a dynamic, high-growth SaaS company. From onboarding new team members and maintaining HR systems to contributing to internal initiatives and process improvements, you'll gain hands-on experience across various HR functions while helping to build a strong and people-focused organization.

What you'll do :

• Support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to creating a seamless employee experience.
• Assist with onboarding processes and ensure new hires have a smooth and welcoming start.
• Maintain and update employee data in our HR systems and ensure data accuracy across all platforms.
• Help administer employee benefits and support internal communication around HR-related topics.
• Contribute to the creation, execution, and evaluation of employee surveys.
• Support in building and maintaining HR reports, trackers, and documentation.
• Take part in the continuous improvement of HR processes and help implement new tools or initiatives.
• Assist our Operations Manager with general operations-related topics across the business.
