The City of Ashtabula is seeking applications for the position of Full - Time Wastewater Operator , Class 1 Certification , Swing Shift , in the City of Ashtabula Water Pollution Control Department .

All applicants must be able to obtain an Ohio E P A Class 1 Wastewater Certification within twelve ( 12 ) months from the date of hire, pass a pre - employment drug screen and background check. A copy of the job description is available upon request of application .
