The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient orthopedic care and specialized skills in pelvic health and / or dry needling.Key Responsibilities : Evaluate, treat, and manage a diverse patient population including orthopedic, pelvic floor, and post-surgical casesDevelop individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practiceMaintain a productivity standard of 60 visits per weekSee 1214 patients daily with double-booking of follow-up appointments as neededCollaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality patient careMaintain detailed and timely clinical documentationRequirements : Active Physical Therapist license in the state of MichiganOutpatient experience preferredExperience or interest in pelvic health and dry needling strongly preferredNew graduates and first-time travelers are encouraged to applyMust commit to the full contract durationNo on-call, weekend, or clinic floating requirementsAll overtime must be approved by clinic directorWhy Mount Pleasant?Home to beautiful trails, a charming downtown, and Central Michigan University, Mount Pleasant blends small-town warmth with a vibrant, youthful energy.
