Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Location : Cheshire, Connecticut

Status : Accepting Candidates

Duration : 1-year commitment preferred

Schedule :

Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

8-hour days with 30-minute lunch

40 hours per week (36 patient-facing, 4 administrative)

Practice Details :

Adult-only patient population (no pediatrics)

Average 20 patients per day

Current team : 3 physicians (1 departing in December), 3 APPs, 1 new APP starting September

Support : 1 MA per clinician, shared nursing & front desk staff, onsite manager

Exam rooms : 2 per clinician

Lab & Imaging : Quest Lab and Jefferson Radiology onsite

Residents : None

Requirements :

CT medical license (required)

2+ years of Primary Care experience (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)

EPIC EMR experience
