Job Title : Purchasing Inventory Specialist Department : Bloomington Medical Services
Reports to : Director of Operations FLSA Status : Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Job Summary :
The purchasing and inventory clerk is responsible for sourcing and acquiring goods and services for Bloomington Medical Services. Position includes evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing inventory and records. Key duties include researching vendors, preparing purchase orders, monitoring deliveries, and analyzing cost proposals to ensure the best possible value in terms of price, quality, and reliability.

Education and Experience :
High School Diploma or GED required.
Associate degree in business administration or similar concentration a plus.
1-2 years Medical Office purchasing experience desired.
