Customer Success Associate
Baystate Interpreters is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Success Associate to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in promoting and growing our suite of language services, which includes interpretation and translation services across a variety of sectors.

Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or internal systems
- Coordinate technical support issues for interpreters and help resolve software or access problems
- Maintain accurate records of client and interpreter interactions in internal databases
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and interpreters to ensure service satisfaction
- Collaborate with the operations team to improve overall service efficiency
- Respond promptly to client concerns and work to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Gather and share client feedback to support service improvements and quality assurance efforts
- Assist in onboarding and training new clients as needed
Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.1+ years of experience in customer service, client support, or administrative roles preferredStrong communication skills, both written and verbalHighly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and learning new software platformsBenefits
