About Us

Abe Brown Ministries (ABM) is a faith-based, non-profit organization serving the Tampa Bay area for more than 45 years. Our inspHire Program supports individuals with lived incarceration experience-regardless of faith background-by providing employment resources and reentry support throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, and Pasco counties.

We are currently seeking an inspHire Career Coach to guide clients through the full employment-placement process. This role helps participants apply professional development principles, set achievable career goals, and develop long-term strategies for success in the workplace.
