Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking an Assistant Valet Guest Service Manager to support daily operations, ensure high-quality guest service, and assist with staff hiring, training, and performance management.
Position Summary : The Assistant Account Manager supports the successful operation of an assigned valet account by ensuring exceptional guest service, assisting with staff management and development, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on guest service training to all associates, ensuring team members consistently meet or exceed PMC's guest service standards.
- Supervise and coordinate all valet operations, ensuring safe and efficient vehicle parking and retrieval.
- Lead and support key HR functions, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of associates.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with both associates and client contacts, anticipating client needs and resolving operational concerns.
- Conduct weekly audits of associate timecards and follow up on discrepancies.
- Assist with account revenue management, ensuring all shifts follow PMC's Revenue SOPs.
- Identify and develop high-potential associates, providing ongoing skills training and leadership development.
- Serve as a key contact for urgent operational issues, ensuring uninterrupted service and immediate response to critical needs.
Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1 year minimum previous supervisory and related customer service / hospitality experience.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with an acceptable motor vehicle record.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze complex revenue and payroll data.Deliver exceptional guest service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.What We Offer
