Job Title : Cleanroom Production Operator

Job Description

Join a team dedicated to designing and molding quality plastic solutions with a focus on 2-Shot and liquid silicone molding. We are seeking ambitious general production workers to be part of our expanding team, utilizing the world's most advanced technologies and resources.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines, package products, label, and perform cycle counting.
• Visually inspect and assemble parts according to quality specifications, identifying critical visual and dimensional defects.
• Follow route sheets and work instructions to ensure parts meet customer and internal requirements.
• Remove parts from injection molding machines during operations.
• Perform routine cleaning of machines and work areas.
• Account for and record production and scrap counts.

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom environment with advanced equipment. Candidates must be comfortable wearing a hair net and beard net if applicable. The role requires operating four machines simultaneously in a fast-paced setting, with responsibilities across two locations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ellington, Connecticut.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $21.00 / hr.
