Key Job Details – MRI Technologist (Travel) Location : Kenosha, Wisconsin 53142 Assignment Type : Travel MRI Technologist Facility Setting : Hospital (Level IV Trauma Center, Primary Stroke Center) Start Date : November 3, 2025 End Date : January 31, 2026 Contract Duration : 13 weeks Estimated Weekly Pay : $2,470 – $2,540 Hours per Week : 36 Shift : 12-hour day shifts Weekend Rotation : Once per month On-Call : Department rotation Scrub Color : Any Charting System : EPIC Equipment : Siemens Sola 1.5T and Siemens Skyra 3T MRI scanners MRI Technologist Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as an MRI Technologist in a hospital or clinical healthcare setting Active ARRT (MR) registration required Current BLS certification Proficiency in MRI safety protocols and MR principles Peripheral IV start and IV contrast injection skills Knowledge of implant workup procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with Siemens Sola 1.5T and / or Siemens Skyra 3T MRI scanners preferred Familiarity with EPIC charting system is a plus MRI Technologist Responsibilities Perform scheduled MRI exams, including Neuro, MSK, and Body / Abdomen imaging Provide MRI services to inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients Maintain strict adherence to MRI safety protocols and healthcare standards Start peripheral IVs and administer IV contrast as needed Conduct implant workups and ensure patient safety throughout all MRI procedures Accurately document procedures and patient information using the EPIC charting system Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team and communicate effectively with patients and staff Participate in department on-call rotation and weekend coverage Complete at least one orientation shift to learn department workflow Ready to advance your healthcare career?
