Occupational Therapist

Potential candidates will be responsible for evaluation, intervention planning and treatment for children with various diagnoses. Responsibilities will include :

• Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations as necessary
• Make appropriate recommendations for therapy frequency and intensity
• Complete all documentation, including initial evaluation reports, treatment plans, daily treatment notes, and discharge reports
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration
• Conduct training with caregivers to ensure generalization of skills across environments
• Maintain MN Department of Health Licensure and NBCOT Certification
• Education and Qualifications
• Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
• NBCOT Certification
• Licensed by the MN Department of Health
• Experience :
• Prior pediatric experience preferred but not necessary
• Skills :
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team of professionals
• Ability to empathize with parental concerns and provide suggestions for therapy skills carryover at home
• Ability to plan, organize and manage time efficiently

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
