Description : Position Summary :

Perform non-invasive routine technical support services under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider.

Essential Duties :

• Prepare patients (clients) for and assist physician in medical examinations.
• Performs patient care tasks, procedures and interventions authorized by a valid healthcare provider’s order.
• Collects and processes specimens for testing per healthcare provider’s order.
• Collects, documents and reports patient data, care and treatment, and health status in a timely and accurate manner.
• Administers medications and technical support services within scope of practice and agency procedure.
• Maintains safe, hygienic environment within medical facilities.
• Provides patient education.
• Safely and properly uses all medical equipment.
• Ensure patients fulfill all outside medical appointments, transporting as necessary.

Pay Range : $22.40-$25.76 per hour.
