Chief Compliance Officer

A company is looking for a Chief Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain an effective compliance program tailored to the healthcare industry

Conduct regular audits and investigations to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations

Lead and mentor the compliance team while collaborating with other departments on compliance and risk management

Qualifications

Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field; Juris Doctor (JD) preferred

Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or legal roles within the healthcare industry

In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and relevant federal and state laws

Certifications such as Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) are desirable

Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing compliance teams
