JOB SUMMARY

The Clinical Staff Assistant I directly interacts with patients on the phone and / or face-to-face under direct supervision to : support medical front office business operations in an outpatient clinical setting and maintain a patient centered attitude at all times, demonstrating compassion and empathy for patients and their families. This position offers a career ladder based on progressive responsibilities and performance.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Required

High School Diploma or GED with prior customer service experience required

Successful completion of CSA competencies in two (2) clinical front office operations within 6-12 months of hire

Preferred

Degree in related field and / or related experience preferred but not required.

Related experience preferred but not required.
