Key Responsibilities

Oversee a global team responsible for hotel support, connectivity, and rate integrity

Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure business needs are met and manage resource expectations

Lead project and program management efforts, developing processes and systems for resource deployment and quality control

Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in lodging or travel distribution, technology, product management, or strategy

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Experience with lodging distribution systems, reservations, and revenue management systems

Proven track record in technology and operations management

Strong leadership and performance management skills
